Napier Outdoors Warranty Policy

We’ve got you covered


Napier Tents come with a one (1) year warranty that covers manufacturer defects and workmanship for the original purchaser for one (1) year from the original purchase date. Select tents which are out of production are warrantied only as replacement part inventory allows and at Napier’s discretion.

Air Mattresses

Sportz Air Mattresses come with a thirty (30) day warranty that covers manufacturer defects and workmanship for the original purchaser for thirty (30) days from the original purchase date.


A warranty is granted to the original purchaser only and with proof of purchase (ie. a receipt from place of purchase with clearly visible date). Napier does not warranty products against normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, misuse or neglect. Warrantied products will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Napier Outdoors.

If a warranty claim is approved within the first 90 days after purchase, Napier will cover the cost to ship replacement parts or products within Canada or US. Outside of the first 90 days, shipping costs will be assumed by the customer. For international customers, shipping costs will be assumed in full by the customer at any time during the warranty period and the lowest rate will be applied.

Once Napier has received all of the required information (model, description of issue and photos) we will determine if the product or part can be repaired. Where possible, Napier will replace a defective part, or send a repair kit. Replacement parts can be brand new, refurbished or reworked to resolve a specific issue. If the product cannot be repaired with a repair kit or replacement part, a new product will be shipped to the customer.

If an exchange has been offered and the customer does not want the new item, they will have to return the merchandise to the original place of purchase. If purchased from Napier, a refund will be issued (excluding original shipping and handling fee). Please see our return policy for full details.
