Grill corn in the husks for tender, sweet corn made even better with a dollop of fresh herb butter!
⅓cupchopped fresh chives
2tbspchopped fresh basil leaves
2tbspchopped fresh oregano leaves
8medium ears fresh sweet corn with husks
In small bowl, mix butter, chives, basil and oregano. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
Remove all but innermost husks from corn. Fold back inner husks and remove corn silk. Rewrap inner husks around corn. Place corn on fire. cook 10 to 15 minutes or until corn is tender and husks are slightly brown. Serve immediately with herb butter.
