Avocados are a Superfood that definitely should be added to our daily diet. Morning needs a fresh punch and that you will get with this Avocado Salsa. So here is the recipe so start your morning fresh.


 1 Ripe Avocado
 ½ Finely Chopped Tomato
 Juice of 1/2 Lemon
 ½ Finely Chopped Onion
 Salt to taste
 Red Pepper Flakes
 ½ Finely Chopped Capsicum
 Crushed Black Pepper
 Extra-virgin Olive Oil
 Slices Whole-grain Bread, toasted

Cut down the avocado in half and remove pit, after that in a bowl scoop the material.


Add onion, capsicum, lemon juice, black pepper, oregano and salt as per your taste.


Now mash the ingredients with a fork but keep the texture little chunky.


Take a toast and spread the mash, now garnish it onion, red pepperflakes, tomatoes and drizzle olive oil.
