 2 carrots
 1 zucchini
 3 tbsp hemp seeds
 1 tbsp fresh garlic
 1 tsp rosemary
 1 tbsp coconut oil
 1 tbsp assorted spices
 1 tsp nutritional yeast

Prepare can of all ingredients in a frying pan over a stove or fire
