Full Rainfly for Sportz SUV Tent w/ Screen Room

I bought this fly for my 81000 SUV tent, even though it wasn’t specifically designed for it. However, it fit perfectly and I had a fiberglass pole from an old dome tent which worked great supporting the awning. It is big enough to peg out about 6″ outside the footprint of the tent, so no water drips onto the wall of the tent itself. It is tight enough that it doesn’t sag and contact the tent even when wet. It also has a zippered panel on the side to allow airflow through the window of the tent in good weather.
The first time I went camping with it, it poured with rain 4 nights in a row but not a drop got inside the tent, so I am thrilled with its performance.
We camp in bear country so I use my tent in stand alone mode so I can store the food inside the car. While the tent is an excellent size for stand alone use, it is single wall with untaped seams and a small fly so the addition of this full rain fly hugely increases its usefulness.
The fly comes complete with guy ropes and pegs, is well made, and is very reasonably priced. It is totally worth 5 stars.
