How do I find my vehicle tent model number?

  • Warranty Policy

    Policy: Napier Tents are warranted to be free of manufacturer defects and workmanship for one (1) year from the original purchase date. Sportz Air Mattresses are warranted for thirty (30) days. In order for the warranty to be valid, the proof of purchase (receipt from the place of purchase) is required to prove the date of purchase.

    Replacement parts or repair kits: For tents, within the first 90 days of the warranty period standard shipping for replacement parts will be free. After 90 days, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs for replacement parts. Replacement parts can be new or reworked.

    Exchanges due to Manufacturer Defect: Once Napier has all the require information (model, description of issue and photos) we will determine if the item can be repaired. If it cannot be repair, Napier will ask for the defective item back and a new item will be shipped to the customer. Within the first 90 days standard shipping is free, after the 90 days the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

    Returns due to Manufacturer Defect: If an exchange has been offered and the customer does not want the new item, they will have to return the merchandise to the original place of purchase. If purchased from Napier, a refund will be issued (excluding original shipping and handling fee).

    Thank you for purchasing a Napier product. We apologize for any issue that you have encountered. Please fill out the below form and a Napier representative will contact you within 3 business days. If you have owned your tent for more than 1 year, please proceed to replacement part section to order parts.

    • (Located on the back of the warning label on the tent bag. Ex: AB-2014-06 09-2015)
    • Please describe the issue with the most detail possible. If it is a broken pole, please ensure that you describe the pole and its function. If it is a rip in the tent or something of this nature, please tell us about the rip, how it occurrence and submit an image of the issue using the upload form below.
    • If the issue with your tent is anything other than a broken pole, please submit a picture of the issue.
